This is Part I of Volume 2 of the First Piano Book. This set contains 16 short solo piano pieces in which one hand plays a melody in five finger position while the other hand plays a single repeated note. This set is recommended for those who have studied Volume 1 or who are at the beginner stage of piano playing. All the music has been recorded and the download includes a 14 page PDF of the sheet music with introductory notes as well as MP3 files for each of the 16 pieces in this set. The introductory notes continue the guide to reading music notation from Volume 1, outlining and explaining all the new aspects of music notation not used in Volume 1.
