Sanpo Melodies is a collaboration between artist Satoko Noguchi and klavieronin. It consists of 12 watercolour paintings set to music for solo piano. The 12 settings cycle through a year from springtime to wintertime. The work was created during the coronavirus pandemic and represents a desire to return to normal life. The 12 paintings and accompanying music are presented in a 38 page PDF together with MP3 audio files for all 12 pieces. The music is suitable for late intermediate to early advanced pianists.
